Confidence boosting instructions:

Have your list ready.

Here is how to use your list of complaints or gripes to increase your confidence.

Your ability to naturally attract will also increase with your confidence.

The fact is that you are very attractive to certain people, especially your soul mate styles and you will be highly attracted to one of those certain people too.

That is what soul mates is all about.

Mutual love, respect and admiration so you can both have a good time, maybe forever.

You are about to find out how to use a process called "patting" to eliminate negatives. This process is very different to positive thinking where negatives are bad for you.

Here, the more negative and powerful the thought, the better chance you have of instantly removing it from your body.

It is very easy, very quick and the results are spectacular.

However, please complete your list when you use this process, try not to stop halfway to see how you are doing because you will not get the results you want until you do all of your negative gripes.

And do not forget to include the positive statements when you have finally run out of negative gripes. This is a natural thought process anyway, but do not ignore it or think it is not necessary.

For those of you who have not yet tried it you will find all the explanations of this technique at patting-points-brief OK, so here is the patting technique:

Simply pat on each of the seven energy meridian points (described in "patting-points-brief" above), one at a time, rapidly on each as many times as it takes to say your gripe.

Example: - On the eyebrow point, pat continuously while saying the first item on your list. Then go to the side of eye point and pat continuously on that while saying the second item on your list, and just keep going until you have finished your list.

Use the gripes (complaints) from your list and say each one out loud while you pat on a point and very shortly afterward the negative feeling will disappear and you will feel far more confident, but do all of your gripes and then see how you feel.

There are 7 patting points so if your list had 21 items on it then it would take you three times around to have patted on all 21 gripes.

The important thing is to make each statement as negative as you can and to keep going adding more that you can think of as you go even if it takes a few minutes to get through all of them.

Soon you will not be able to think of any more negative statements which means that you have dissolved them all.

Now go through some positive ones until you cannot think of any more of those and you are done.

"Confidence boosting is automatic. When you have removed the negative blockages you do not have to do anything else."

Immediately after you should feel better, more relaxed, more confident.

Now when you go out you will feel and act differently, you will be much more attractive to your soul mates who are looking for your style and do not even know it.

This is like a love potion where others fall for you without realizing it.

Be patient - it will happen if you continue to remove all your negative thoughts.

Do this confidence boost now and also before you go out. If you get more negative thoughts when you are out, try finding a toilet cubicle and doing it again.

Confidence is not everything, but it is very important.
