Fast relax is a simple technique to quickly clear away many small issues

Use this technique of Continuous Patting for a fast relax when

your mind is spinning with so many issues that you cannot clearly

identify the major ones.

Fast relax is great when you are unable to think because you

have too many things to do - too many things on your mind

because it clears away most of them in a minute or two leaving

your mind settled and easily able to make the right decision.

What about confusion over a new partner?

or what venue to go to,

or what to wear?

The big one to use this for is when you have to think

about the subject of your own attraction ability.

Does that put your mind into a spin not knowing what to do first

to increase your chances?

This technique is faster than doing a round on every negative

feeling you have, although it is not as powerful, but if you do

it first before starting your individual patting rounds then the

issues you really need to fix will be much clearer in your

thoughts.

The time to use fast relax is when you are feeling confused or

when you have no motivation or too many anxieties around the one

subject and it would take too long to isolate them all and pat

on them one at a time. Fast relax can be used at home, at work,

before bed, in the car, or before any important event.

Fast relax is mostly whining and complaining to yourself - the best therapy you can ever get because you are listening all the time

Fast relax often causes you to laugh.

Believe it or not the process allows you to complain bitterly to

yourself about things, something you do not always get the

chance to do - and when it is all over it often sounds

hilarious which is an excellent icebreaker helping you to chill

out.

You can curse, use harsh words, exaggerate the problems, say all

the things that you would really like to say without harming

anyone and it will help you to dissolve the issues quickly and

easily.

Fast relax works by getting the mind to focus on a negative

problem while you pat on the energy meridian points and that

patting dissolves the feelings that you had as you continue to

let out all your frustrations. So if you make the problem

sound worse it allows your mind to focus on it more sharply and

the results are more effective. Patting clears away negative

feelings so be assured that your negative complaining to

yourself will only work in your favor, never against you.

This is how to do it

First make up a list of negative thoughts. Choose a subject like

"Why I am annoyed that I have not found my true love"

or

"It is hopeless trying to find a soul mate these days"

and make a list of all the worst thoughts you have

eg. "I'm sick of not finding love, my friends have all got

partners, I have no one, I can't find anyone, it is

embarrassing, they tease me behind my back, I am too fat, (or

thin, or tall or short etc.), I am not good looking, they are

successful, I am not, it depresses me, I am angry about it, why

me, it is not fair, this cannot go on, what if I never meet

anyone, ....."

It is even better to make it up as you go rather than follow the

list, just use the list to give you the ideas at first.

Next, pat on each energy point and repeat one of those

thoughts on each point. When you run out of points it will

have done the job of fast relax for you. It can take one minute,

two minutes, five minutes or ten minutes depending on how much

is on your mind.

EB point - "I'm sick of not finding love"

SE point - "my friends have all got partners" and just

keep going through your list patting on a different point each

time for as many pats as it takes to say all the statements.

Keep going around in a circle EB, SE, UE, UN, CH, CB, UA and

then go to EB again and keep going around each of the energy

points. You can swap hands, swap sides of the body, change the

order, stay on one point longer, it does not matter much if you

change the technique as you go.

If more negative thoughts come to mind while patting include

those thoughts on the list or better still just say them

too.

You might get to "my friends have all got partners" and then

think of how jealous you are. That is good because you are

eliminating negatives, so the more the merrier. "Bring them on!"

So put some extra feelings in at that point like "I hate K...

because of his/her partner the way they carry on and ignore

everyone else", "it makes me sick", "they are just

exhibitionists", etc. Keep going with those destructive,

negative thoughts BUT ONLY IF YOU ARE PATTING

WHILE YOU ARE REPEATING THEM and fast relax will work for you.

If you remember more events when the same problem

occurred before pat on each of the feelings you had during those

events too.

This is very similar to the example above.

Keep going round and round the seven energy points saying

another negative feeling on each one.

Do not stop if you can keep going, if you still have more

negatives. Try to get them all out.

It is like complaining to a first class therapist - yourself.

Pretend you are complaining big time like a naughty, upset child

who just explodes with every worst, exaggerated problem.

Exaggerate the complaint where possible it is the very

best thing you can do. The more you magnify the problems the

better the results.

Exhaust all the negative feelings and keep patting anyway.

What to do when you run out of complaints

When you run out or run low on negative statements try to keep

patting on each energy point until some positive statements come

to mind. Look for the positive outlook that will surely come.

You should find that your attitude changes quite suddenly, you

relax, you see things differently, you understand more about

people and things that used to annoy you, you do not care as

much about all those bad things, they no longer seem to bother

you as much or at all.

Keep patting on the new positive feelings.

As your thoughts turn to the positive like "maybe I should go

out tonite", or "there are plenty of people worse off then me",

or "I don't know what I have been worried about", "things are

not that bad", "maybe I should just try a little more", "perhaps

I should stop worrying about it and get on with life", then keep

patting until these stop too if you can.

You will now feel much better

You will feel instantly clearer in the mind, more relaxed, with

more energy to get things done and less excuses to stop you from

finding your true love and I am sure you will agree that it was

indeed a fast relax.

OK, time to make that list and give it a try. It will have an

immediate, big impact on your motivation because it will reduce

and often eliminate all the excuses (even though they may be

real). As you dissolve more and more anxieties you will become

more confident and your soul mate will find it easier to find

you, the real YOU. The confident, relaxed, in-control YOU will

be easy to recognize by those who are seeking out your style.
