How to overcome a low response to your patting round

If you got a low response to your patting round even after doing

the "remainder" round then there are other things at work

that can prevent it. First try changing your position in your

room or go to another room because electrical fields, strong

chemicals from carpet cleaning etc. and some other things can

definitely affect your results. It is not common, but it does

happen.

Next try it at another time of the day or on another day because

chemicals we use on our body or eat in our food can also affect

the results.

If this does not work satisfactorily try using the setup phrase

"I deeply and completely love and accept myself" instead of just

"I accept myself anyway". If you still have a low response after

that try yelling the setup phrase above to give it more

emphasis. All these things can help when a person is stuck and

has difficulty getting rid of a particular anxiety. Do not be

discouraged, practice of this technique will improve your

on any event, (except severe trauma), just keep it specific to

one emotion on one particular part of one event and you should

be very successful.
