How to get rid of the "No Confidence Blues"
As you probably realize having no confidence will reduce your chances of attracting your soul mate because your soul mate will not be able to see clearly the real personality in you. To be more attractive you need to increase your confidence which is achieved quickly if you identify your anxieties and remove them with the energy patting technique "patting Round" below. Having no confidence can make you feel nervous, anxious, tight, frightened, or very cautious so your true character is not easily seen. Think about your lack of confidence in yourself and what that means to you. Make a list of all the things that it makes you do, or all the feelings that make up that anxiety. Here are some example phrases I always go over the top I feel like I am out of the party all the time I do not feel confident I cannot join in I find conversation difficult I get too excited etc. Make a big list of these things because they will all make a difference to your confidence level once you pat on them. No Confidence List
If you only do one "patting round" below, about not feeling confident it will make a big difference on its own, so will all the others. Just because there are a lot of patting rounds to do, do not think that each one is not powerful on its own. As you go through them you will learn to speed up everything so that the patting of the seven points can get down to 10- 20 seconds depending on the length of the reminder phrase. All these things contribute something to your feeling of no confidence so each one will boost your confidence. Pick out the top 5 and pat on those first, then look again at the others and decide how important they are. Use the setup and do a round on each feeling. For a reminder on how to do it, go to

Guess your stress level on each phrase before patting and then record it again after. For a reminder of how to measure your stress levels go to

After the first patting round do a
Remaining Round.
Continue down the list
After you have reduced that feeling to a level 2 or less continue the same patting procedure with the next "no-confidence" feeling on your list. Continue with each of them and then review the remainder on your list to determine if there is still emotion on any of those. If there is then pat on them one by one. When you have finished you should feel a wave of relief and self assurance. Your confidence levels should be much higher on the subjects you chose for your list.
