Here are the seven patting points in brief which you can copy into a document if you wish. It is very good to pat along as you read each point. 1. Eyebrow Use the pads of two or three fingers to pat on the end of your eyebrow where it almost touches your nose. 2. Side of eye Use the pads of two or three fingers to pat on the outside corner of your eye where you eyebrow bone and your cheek bone meet in a V. 3. Under eye Use the pads of four fingers to pat on your cheek bone under your eye at the front of your face. 4. Under the nose Use the pads of three fingers to pat under your nose between your top lip and your nose. 5. Chin Use the pads of three fingers to pat on the chin, midway between the bottom lip and the bottom of your chin. 6. Collar bone Use your whole open hand to pat across the chest under the side of your neck approximately in line with the base of your neck with your fingers pointing about midway between your shoulder and your neck. 7. Under arm Use the ends of all four fingers to pat along the ribs just under your armpit. Try all of them again now to make it easier to remember. To keep a record, copy and paste the above points into a document. Tips: You can pat with either hand, on either side of the body in any order and your fingers will cover the correct area. You will not be able to discern a special spot, just pat on the areas as described. Pat rapidly about 5 to 10 times on each spot. Patting longer is OK. Faster is better. If you miss a spot it probably will not matter, just keep going or do it at the end. Now use your back arrow on your browser to return to your previous page.
