The Patting Points

Energy meridian points to pat

There are 8 patting points on the body that cover all the main energy meridians. You will find it easy to remember because they will be described from top to bottom.

There are three around the eye, two around the mouth and two on the upper body, plus one on the hand.

If you have not read the warning notice previously about this process please do so now at warning.

The eight points

1. The Hand

The first patting point is not necessarily the top one because it is on the hand and it is for the "Setup" rather than part of the seven patting points.

The area of the hand you need to pat on is along the outside of your hand between the bottom of your little finger and your wrist. It is the fleshy area known as the Karate Chop spot because it is the part of the hand used for a Judo Chop or Karate Chop.

Using the ends of all four fingers of one hand try patting the Karate Chop area of the other hand.

Anywhere along the Karate Chop area is OK. If you use the ends of all four fingers (not the pads of your fingers, use the fingernail end) you will probably cover most of the Karate Chop section of your other hand anyway.

Pat to a medium fast count with medium strength, not too lightly.

OK, if you have not yet started please pat this area now. It is better if you gradually introduce this to your body. This patting point is used in the beginning before patting on the other seven points one after the other.

Yes, you may feel this is weird, but later you will find out that this is done by professionals all over the world who have discovered its uses.

Now I am bringing it to you to make you more attractive to your soul mate, more confident, more outgoing and more relaxed.

2. Eyebrow Point

Now the first of three points around the eye is the Eyebrow point. There is a summary below that will help you to easily remember them, and plenty of practice later to go over them, but for now just do them one at a time.

This point is at the junction of the eyebrow and the side of the nose. Follow the eyebrow bone along until it touches your nose. Approximately at this junction use the ends of two or three fingers of one hand to pat again over this spot like you did on your hand.

You can pat about 7 times on each point to a medium fast count..and actually pat on these as you read to gradually introduce this process to your body. Start now if you have not done so already.

3. Side of Eye Point

The second of the three patting points around the eye is the Side of Eye point. Follow that eyebrow bone again to the outside of your face and feel where it meets your cheekbone.

It is the "V" recess at the outside corner of your eye. Just outside of your actual eye. It does not matter which side of the body you pat on, it does not matter which hand you use and it does not matter if you do it in a different order or change from one side to the other as you go, or to pat on both sides at the same time with both hands.

Pat on the bone junction here several times with three or four finger ends.

4. Under Eye Point

The third patting point around the eye is on the cheekbone below the center of your eye when looking straight ahead. Really it is the center of your cheekbone and is called the Under Eye point. Use the pads this time of four fingers to cover this point from approx. the nose to the outside of your face on the cheekbone, under the eye.

Practice the first three quickly now.

Try patting seven times on each spot to familiarize yourself with them - the eyebrow, the side of eye, then the under eye. It helps a lot to actually pat these three spots again even though you have done them individually. Once again it gets the body used to it.

These are energy meridians and they are clearing and unblocking anxieties as you pat whether you feel it or not.

5. Under the Nose Point

This point is under the nose or between your nose and your top lip. This is called under nose point. Please pat there now with four fingers to the beat of a medium fast count.

6. Chin Point

This is between your bottom lip and the bottom of your chin. Pat there now.

You now know three around the eye and two around the mouth.

7. Collarbone Point

To get to the approximate spot run your fingers down to the base of your throat. Here you will find two bony lumps with a gap in the middle. it is the place where a man would knot his tie. The collarbone point is found on the outside of these bony lumps.

Like all the other spots there is one on each side of the body. This point is about one inch (or 25 millimetres, or two finger widths) below the bony lump and also one inch to the outside of each bony lump.

You can pat with the ends of four fingers or you can pat with your whole hand across this point. It is easy to use the opposite hand and bring it across the chest and up so that the finger tips nearly touch the opposite shoulder.

Now pat your collar bone point with your whole hand.

8. Underarm Point

The last point, number 7 is on the ribs along the side of your body, under your arm just below your armpit. Use all four fingers of a flat hand to pat this spot. It is approximately where a ladies bra strap goes and approximately along the side of the ribs in line with a man's nipple.

Now do 5,6 7, & 8 again (use the list below to jog your memory) to get used to it.

This may seem trivial, but it is not.

That's it! You have done it.

That is called one round of patting when you start at the first eyebrow point and pat on each point until you have patted all seven points.

Patting instructions in brief

When you can remember the patting points easily, the seven pats on each point will only take 10 seconds. Ignoring the karate spot point, practice patting each of the other seven points by going over them now. Please pat on all seven points below now. Here they are with their abbreviations.
