How to overcome relationship inexperience
to be very confident

Relationship inexperience is being afraid of:

    embarrassment
    rejection
    the unknown

all of which you can completely remove with the technique below.

It is easy to think that you are romantically inferior because of relationship inexperience, but actually you could be a lot better off than the people who have been emotionally scarred by a bad relationship.

Often their fears are much worse and much deeper.

It is actually normal to feel inexperienced no matter how experienced you are because every person who enters a new relationship is learning all over again. People are different and no relationship is the same, especially with a romantic couple.

The real problem is the fear you have. This anxiety can be dissolved very quickly with the patting energy technique below.

Once it has been removed you will feel completely confident. You will not be experienced, but you will not suffer from anxiety either. You can be relaxed and just make good decisions as you normally would when you are not under any pressure.

Using the patting energy technique to feel great

so that you can pat on all the various aspects surrounding this feeling you have about being inexperienced.

You will need to make a list of the possible aspects. Use these examples to jog your mind for more aspects that are relevant to you.

I am relationship inexperienced

I have never gone out with anyone

I have never had sex before

I do not know how to kiss

I have never been cuddled by a romantic partner

I do not know what to expect

I do not have enough clothes to wear

I do not know how to act

I will be teased if the other person finds out

I will be teased by my friends when they find out

I will be embarrassed & ridiculed

Try to make a big list by adding your own to those above and then prioritize the list from the one you suffer the most anxiety on to the least anxiety. Start at the first and use the technique below. When you have no anxiety left on any of the points move on to the next one. The anxiety will become noticeably less as you move down the list and the remaining round may not be necessary on most of them.
