This remaining round will remove any anxiety still there after patting through the first round

After completing one round it is useful to do the "remaining

round" if there is still some emotional feeling left. Most times

this will remove all of the residual feeling.

The Remaining Round Setup

The setup statement is altered to include the words "still have

some" or similar words that mean the same.

Here are some examples using the same setup statements.

"Even though I still have some anxious feeling about going out tonight"

"Even though I am still scared about going out tonight"

"Even though I still have some worry about going out tonight"

"Even though I still have some of this anxiety about going out tonight"

"Even though I am still uneasy about going out tonight, but I do not understand why..."

"Even though I still have some of this funny feeling about going out tonight..."

"Even though I still have some of this excited feeling about going out tonight..."

The Remaining Round patting

When doing this round just insert the word "remaining" in front

of the reminder word or phrase that you repeat as you pat on

each of the meridian points. Here are some examples:

"remaining anxious feeling"

"remaining scared feeling"

"remaining worried feeling"

"remaining worry about going out tonight"

"remaining anxiety"

"remaining uneasy feeling"

"remaining funny feeling"

"remaining excitement"

You just repeat one of the above phrases as you pat on each

energy point and go through all seven of the points.

It usually removes the remaining anxiety by opening up the

energy flow on the meridian or meridians that are blocked or

partially blocked while you have that feeling in your mind or
