Give your self image a big boost in no time

Your self image is how you think about yourself.

If you think you are a loser you will be. If you think you are unattractive you thoughts will show that, but it can all change very quickly with this technique.

It is very powerful and it works by removing negative or excessive emotions or feelings that you have running through your mind by a simple process of patting seven energy meridian points on your body.

Most people do not realize that when they think that they are not good enough (or deserving, or loved, or successful) what is happening is that certain emotional thoughts are dominant in their mind and that something is causing those thoughts to be there.

Eliminate negative thoughts in seconds

It was discovered that the reason for those thoughts can be eliminated. eg. If a person told you that you were ugly and you held that doubt in your mind ever since you might not always be confident that you are attractive. The patting energy technique allows you to remove the impact of that person's comment as if they never said it and suddenly you feel normal, no doubts about your appearance.

This is like a confidence boost when you compare normal to living with this doubt - it feels like you have just won a beauty or body building contest when you have only removed a doubt which was a contributor to your poor self image.

Doubts can be removed by balancing your meridians

Those negative feelings about your self image are linked to your unbalanced energy meridians which you will demonstrate to yourself below. With a quick pat on 7 meridian points you will rid yourself of those feelings. There will be many of them called "aspects" that are listed below that make up your general self image doubts and each time you remove one of them you will feel more confident. It is like a big relief to you and afterward you wil wonder why in the world you ever thought that way before.

What it will do for your love life

After finishing the aspects that are relevant to you, you will feel as if you are equal to the best in the world without having that over-the-top attitude that you are better than anyone else.

No matter where you are you will show a certain confidence and assurance in your self image which will be picked up quickly by your soul mate. Remember that there are approx. 12.5% of the general population who qualify as being your soul mate behavioral style and if you mix with eligible people of your gender preference, age, social standing etc. then there will be a number of compatible partners looking for you.

When you are relaxed, confident and taking-it-easy you will be highly attractive to your soul mate who will find it quite simple to approach you. Making your list of aspects

As you read through the sample list of aspects below jot down on paper any others that immediately come to mind. These are important for you, however if nothing else comes up about your self image just use the relevant ones in the list.

Make your own list by using the aspects below

Pick the ones that are relevant to you and add your own to it. These are negative points because they are what invoke negative feelings that you have from time to time about yourself and it is these that you will reduce back to normal.

Positive thinking is good, but while your negative feelings remain your positive attitude will slip away. When you dissolve these negative feelings with the patting they will not be there anymore and you will automatically think positively. So do not think that by stating these negative things you will brainwash yourself in a negative way. The exact opposite will happen if you pat on the meridians while thinking of these aspects.

Be very critical of yourself when trying to come up with your own aspects and you can always put "sometimes" in your statement if it is only true occasionally.

    I am not good enough to attract a perfect partner

    I always mess up when I meet someone attractive

    I am not worthy of a partner's respect

    I am hopeful but not confident of my future

    I am not confident that I can be accepted by an ideal partner

    I do not feel as though I can maintain my partner's love

    I am afraid of Losing Control, or Embarrassment, or Loss of

    Prestige, or Confrontation. - Use one or two of these.

    I am mostly a loser rather than a winner

    I am not successful in my life

    I am afraid of a long term partnership

    I am not good enough for anyone to accept me

    I do not deserve a romantic partner

    I do not deserve to be accepted by a romantic partner

    I do not deserve love

    I have done many wrong things

    I have not succeeded at anything important

After you have completed your list begin patting on them one at a time using the setup statement first for each one until you have finished. It could take 30 minutes or more than an hour to complete, but if you have done the small patting exercises before as suggested previously in Romance Tips Number Three thenyou should feel relieved and confident afterward.

Sometimes you may feel very tired and want to sleep which is also quite normal for beginners.
