3. Smile with your eyes

eyes. Try doing it with no expression in your eyes and then

again using eye expression too and notice the strong difference.

Without the eyes it can look false or cold so make your smile

hot by doing with your eyes too. Just remember it is much

better to smile poorly than not at all so do not get too hung up

over the quality of your smile.

4. Clean your teeth

Good mouth hygiene is obvious. Keep your teeth clean and

flossed, control bad breath and use a whitener if you want to

really impress. To prevent teeth stains avoid drinks and foods

that would easily stain a white T shirt because these will also

stain your teeth.

5. Completely remove your fear of smiling

If all else fails and you still cannot do it easily in public
