Warning about possible changes

When you alter you level of confidence you will be making changes to your body.

The patting technique is very gentle, but you may experience some tiredness afterwards if you clear out some big issues. You may also experience sadness causing tears if you make progress on something that was sensitive to you. In this case keep patting on each point, do not stop, your distress will definitely clear and you will feel wonderful.

Yawning or sighing while patting is a sign of release.

However for some people who have psychological problems or have suffered severe trauma that may not be completely resolved it must be used carefully.

About 3% of the population are seriously, emotionally disturbed and this process which is elegant and gentle may remind them of painful experiences which can be upsetting.

This energy technique is fast, effective, gentle and soothing but it is better to use it only on yourself.
